Today’s Parola del Giorno is the adjective, inquieto, which means restless.  See the adjective used below in its context:

Mario è molto inquieto recentemente. Non riesce a dormire e quando lo fa ha spesso gli incubi. Sono convinto che sia per colpa del troppo stress accumulato.

Mario is very restless lately.  He can’t sleep, and when he does, he often has nightmares.  I am convinced it is because of too much accumulated stress.
