in grassetto

Today’s Parola del Giorno is the adjectival expression, in grassetto, which means in bold or in boldface. You’ll see this expression to describe text which is been emphasized by making it darker. See the expression used below in its context:

I titoli dei paragrafi della tesi vanno messi sempre in grassetto.

The titles of the thesis’s paragraphs should always be put in boldface.
