Today’s Parola del Giorno is the adjective, serrato, which means clenched or tight.  See the adjective used below in its context:

Quando Maurizio è arrabbiato si vede subito:  i pugni sono serrati e le labbra contratte!  È impossibile non farci caso!

When Maurizio is angry, one sees it immediately:  his fists are clenched, and his lips are pursed!  It is impossible not to notice it!
