Today’s Parola del Giorno is the verb, annoiarsi, which means to be bored.  See the expression used below in its context:

Ultimamente mi annoio davanti la televisione perché non fanno più i bei programmi di una volta e faccio solo zapping tutta la sera!

Lately, I am bored in front of the TV, because they do not make good shows anymore like they used to, and I just flick through the channels all evening.
